Return and Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Rugged Truck Gear offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new and unused stock items, including bumpers and accessories. Custom orders and backorders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, your item must be in new condition and in its original packaging.

Return Process:

1. Contact us to initiate a return.
2. Receive your Return Authorization (RA) number via email within 1-5 business days.
3. Ship the return item back to the address we provide.
4. Once our warehouse team inspects the product, we will issue your refund.

 

Return Items Within 30 Days

To initiate a return, please email us at support@ruggedtruckgear.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping address. Returns must be delivered to the provided return address within 30 days of placing your order. Do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. The original cost of shipping will also be deducted from the refund amount. Once you have received the RA number and shipping address, ensure the RA number is clearly noted on the package. Returns without an RA number will not be credited. Please use insured, traceable shipping methods when returning your item. Allow up to 7 business days for refunds to be processed after the item has been received by our returns department.

Please note that our delivery partners cannot accommodate return pickups from a different address than the original shipping address. Items picked up from a warehouse must be returned to the same warehouse, or shipped back at your own expense. All returns must be approved by our team, and the item must be in its original condition with all packaging and documentation included. Items that have been installed or used are not eligible for return.

Once we process your replacement request, please allow 7-15 days for communication with suppliers and manufacturers to have the replacement shipped out.

 

Damaged, Modified, or Installed Products

Rugged Truck Gear does not accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been damaged, modified, or installed. If a product is damaged during transit, contact us before signing for the delivery, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

 

When We May Refuse a Return

All returned products are inspected for missing parts and damages. Rugged Truck Gear reserves the right to refuse credit if a product is found to be damaged, modified, or missing parts.

 

Non-Returnable Products

Non-returnable products include any items that have been installed, modified, or tested.

 

Incorrect Orders or Dissatisfaction

If you order the wrong part or are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, you are responsible for:

- The cost of return shipping
- Any applicable restocking fees
- The original cost of shipping, which will be deducted from the refund amount

 

Items Damaged in Transit

If your purchase is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will arrange to have the item returned and replaced. Rugged Truck Gear is not responsible for damage to shipments that are signed off as clear by the customer. Always inspect your items before signing the delivery receipt. If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and have the driver sign it. You have the right to refuse delivery for damaged items.

If you receive a damaged item, notify us immediately to initiate a claim. Claims must be actively communicated. If we do not hear from you for 60 days, the claim will expire, and compensation will no longer be available.

 

Fitment Guarantee

We can only provide a fitment guarantee for orders placed through our sales representatives. Returns or replacements due to incorrect selection during online ordering will not be covered by Rugged Truck Gear. Please double-check the fitment specifications before confirming your order or contact our team for assistance.

If you encounter fitment issues due to a manufacturing defect, please provide pictures of the issue. This will help us process a replacement. Send all fitment-related communications to support@ruggedtruckgear.com.
